Two hand-folded dumpling dishes, both finished with garlic yoghurt, tomato sauce and dried mint: mantu, filled with spiced beef and onion, and ashak, filled with leek and herbs and fully vegetarian. From 2 January 2027, we deliver them across Cork City every day, 3pm–2am.

Where can I get dumplings delivered in Cork?
Golniva delivers two dumpling dishes — mantu and ashak — across Cork City, from 2 January 2027. Delivery runs every day from 3pm to 2am.
What is mantu?
Steamed beef and onion dumplings with garlic yoghurt and a tomato & split-pea sauce. 8 dumplings, €14.50.
What is ashak?
Delicate leek and spring onion dumplings with garlic yoghurt, tomato sauce and mint. They're vegetarian. 8 dumplings, €13.50.
Are there vegetarian dumplings?
Yes — ashak are vegetarian, filled with leek, spring onion and coriander. They contain milk (in the yoghurt), so they aren't vegan.
Are the dumplings spicy?
Both are mild: gently spiced and full of flavour, but not hot. Add our green chutney on the side if you'd like more of a kick.
Can I order dumplings late at night?
Yes, from 2 January 2027. Both dumpling dishes are on the menu for the whole delivery window, 3pm to 2am, every day.
Can I get dumplings for a party?
Yes. Dumplings can be part of a catering order for parties, communions and office events in Cork, arranged in advance. Tell us your guest numbers on the catering page and we'll suggest quantities.
How much is delivery?
€4.50, free when your food comes to €50.00 or more. The minimum food order is €20.00, paid in cash on delivery.
